I know you want to get pregnant and I can’t wait to share your story. In this article, I’d be sharing with you 4 powerful tips that can help you get pregnant fast.

Here you will find four great tips that will increase your chances of conceiving, shortly after you start trying to get pregnant.

Look what else you can do to start a pregnancy in the best conditions .

Tip 1: Check With Your Doctor and Consider Genetic Testing

You are more likely to have a successful pregnancy if your body is ready to conceive . To find out if you are fit to procreate a baby and learn what changes can help you, schedule a preconception checkup with a doctor or midwife.

You may not get an appointment right away or solve a health problem right away, but taking these steps as soon as possible will help you in the long run to conceive faster.

Depending on your family history and ethnicity, your doctor may want you to do some genetic testing. This is to verify if you and your partner are carriers of serious diseases such as cystic fibrosis and sickle cell anemia, among others.

This can be the most important step you can take to make sure you have a healthy baby. And all that these tests require is analysis of saliva and blood, which you and your partner must make them. Most health insurance covers the costs of these tests.

Tip # 2: Plan a Healthy Pregnancy

If you want to get pregnant, having healthy habits is a great start. Eat healthy, have a proper weight , exercise and abandon bad habits like tobacco. Limit your caffeine intake to less than 200 milligrams a day, (about 12 ounces of coffee).

It is important to keep in mind that you will drastically reduce the risk of certain birth defects if you start taking folic acid for at least a month before you start trying to conceive.

Tip # 3: Find Out When You Ovulate

The biggest secret to getting pregnant faster is knowing when to ovulate ( releasing an egg from the ovary). Think of the egg as a target and the sperm as arrows. One of the arrows has to hit the target to be able to get pregnant.

Since you release an egg once per menstrual cycle, there are only a few days in each cycle during which you can get pregnant.

Knowing when to ovulate means that you and your partner can identify the center of the target and then aim at it, instead of throwing a bunch of arrows and waiting for the target to be there.

You can find out when you ovulate using different methods.  .

If you notice that you have irregular periods over several months, identifying ovulation can be difficult. Ask your doctor for advice. You’d need to get our fertility detox pack to flush your system off uneccessary toxins in order to regularize your period.

Trick # 4: Have Sex at the Right Time

Once you know when the egg is being released from the ovary, you can plan to have intimate relationships during your most fertile days : from three days before ovulation to ovulation day (starting a little earlier does not hurt, some women have become pregnant Of sexual intercourse they had six days before they ovulated).

You have several days to have intercourse in order to conceive, since sperm can survive for three to six days in your body (the egg survives only one day).

This means that if you have sex on Monday, sperm can survive in your fallopian tubes, waiting for an egg to come out, until Thursday or maybe even Sunday.

If you are not sure when your fertile period will be, here is a golden rule: have relationships with your partner every other day.

That means you’ll have healthy sperm waiting in your fallopian tubes every day, ready to go into action whenever your egg breaks loose.

(If you want to have more frequent intercourse, that’s fine.) It will not help you conceive faster, but neither does it hurts ).

Another tip: If you and your partner are waiting to have sex until it is your most fertile time, make sure you do not go through a long period of drought.

Your partner should ejaculate at least once in the days leading up to your most fertile period. If you do not, there may be a build up of dead sperm in your semen when it is time to act, and dead sperm can not result in a pregnancy.

Tip 5: Help Improve Sperm Production

Sperm are more likely to fertilize an egg when they are healthy, strong and abundant. There are several things that can help your partner to get their best semen supply:

  • Reduce alcohol consumption: Studies show that drinking daily can reduce testosterone levels and sperm count, and increase the number of abnormal sperm.
  • Say no to tobacco and drugs : both can affect the quantity and quality of sperm.
  • Eat enough amounts of certain key nutrients like zinc, folic acid, calcium and vitamins C and D, which help create abundant, strong and restless sperm.
  • Avoid Hot Tubs, Saunas, and Hot Baths : Heat kills sperm, and the testicles work best at 94-96 degrees Fahrenheit, a couple of degrees below normal body temperature.

The sooner you can make these changes with your partner, the better: sperm takes time to develop, so the improvements he makes today will give better sperm samples in three months from now.

Men are also advised to make the Woman orgasm before ejaculating inside of her as this increases the chances of conception, if the man cannot last long enough to make the Woman experience orgasm, then there is a problem…. You can use our Male Fertility Pack to enjoy long lasting s.ex and rich sperm production.

How long should I try To Get Pregnant Before I Get help?

If you try to get pregnant naturally, it is likely to happen in the first three months. About 6 out of 10 couples have conceived in the first three months of attempts.

After that, the time you should continue to try it before seeking help from a fertility specialist, depends largely on your age.
Fertility decreases with age, so if you are over 40 , seek help from an expert right away. If you are 35 to 40 years old , talk to a specialist after having tried for six months with no luck.

And if you’re under 35 , it’s probably okay to keep trying for a year before looking for help.

Of course, if you have reason to suspect that your partner or you have a fertility problem , visit a doctor. There is no reason to wait.
